at Lowell recently did a study with mice and found that those with an Alzheimer’s-like disease navigated through a designed
maze just as well as the healthy mice after they were given the equivalent of two glasses of antioxidant-rich apple juice
every day.
They also believe
that for humans a cup of juice or one apple per day will have a similar effect.
